Deliverables
1. Standard logo source file in EPS format.
This format is editable in Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw graphic software. Viewable and savable in
Adobe Photoshop in any desired image resolution(dpi) and color mode (RGB/CMYK), and different file extensions.
2. Different logo file formats and B&W version upon request. .ai, .psd, . png, .gif, .jpg, .pdf, .ico
3. Brand Usage Guidelines. (optional)
It includes logo description, color code (Pantone,
CMYK, RGB and HEX equivalent), Font name
and "branding application guide" - optional/upon request.
Terms
1. Initial downpayment is required upon commission.
2. Full payment before sending of final files.
3. NO rush projects. I don't accept projects that urgently needed within 24 hours.
4. If you have an existing logo and it only requires retracing, minor adjustments, color separation and pantone coding, brand consultancy and branding application, please contact me for a separate quotation.
5. Credit card payment, wire transfer (bank-to-bank), and international cheques are accepted, though most of my clients pay through paypal and moneybookers. If you don't have these accounts, you'll have one on your first transaction.
6. FULL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT and DISCLOSURE agreement: If you wish to own all the files of your logo including its revisions and initial concepts in raw formats (.ai), please contact me to discuss this matter.
